Nice work on putting in the miles! I'm going to try your pizza dough today, hopefully it works! I'm making my "famous" spinach alfredo pizza for my family. I usually use Rhodes bread dough, so hopefully I can homemade dough work, I've never tried it before. I'll let you know.

PS - Just saw the yummy updates on your blog!

The pizza dough is super easy. Infact, this week we had the missionaries over for dinner and I made 3 pizzas. Ham and pineapple (a favorite for the kids), BBQ chicken, and a white sauce with spinach and tomato. All were really good. I was going to post them on the blog, but forgot to take pictures before we ate... Maybe next time. Your pizza sounds like the one I made. Really good!!! Let me know how it goes. Depending on your pizza pan, the recipe is perfect for a 16 inch pan. For a 12 inch pan the dough is more like thick, deep dish pizza.

Oh my goodness, it was so EASY!!! Thank you for showing me a much better way. The Rhodes tastes so yummy, but I always forget to take it out 5 hours early to rise, etc. Your recipe took 5 minutes to do, I loved it! And it was a hit with my family. We did two. They all want another pizza night to try different flavors. I'll have to find out what you do for your sauces. I've done BBQ chicken before and that's yummy. I called mine "famous" because I think they all think that pizza is really hard to make and I become this wonder machine when I make it LOL. :)

We really missed you this morning!

So glad that you liked it. I make homemade pizza just about every other weekend. And this recipe makes it sooo easy. I had one that was more complicated, and I hated to make it. (It was really all that I knew. Until I found this one.) So with an easy recipe... you make it more often.

I wish I could have been there with all of you. Zach had a dr. appointment with a specialist. (One of those that are made a month or more in advance.)

We will have to plan another one. Thanks for thinking of me.
