Same old stuff...  7 miles on treadmill, 4.2 speed, 5 % grade.   Found a new show to watch...  The X Files.  I never got into it when it was on TV, so now is my chance.

Got up when Matthew left to go running....  Couldn't sleep so I got on the tread mill.  Now it is 7:30 and I can't keep my eyes open.  I am going back to bed before the kids get up.
