Yay!!! You are here!!! :)

Welcome to the blog, KristyAnn! You now realize that you will not only be responsible for blogging your workouts but also some of your amazing recipes as well, right?

How is Monk?

Nice job on the 7 miles! :) :) :)

It is going to be a sad day when you have watched all of the Monk episodes...sniff...what will you find to watch next?

And just so everyone knows: 4.2 mph is equivalent to 14 minutes/mile. Pretty impressive considering a 5% grade the entire time!

WELCOME! Mom of 4 and wife of running prof., DA FAMOUS FABULOUS KristyAnn!!! :)

You just gave me an excellent treadmill workout idea! WOW! You've got some serious powerful walking uphill legs/lungs and multi-tasking skill! AWESOME!!! :) :) :)

I can't wait for your recipes! :)

I am wondering about all of these recipes as well!! What have you all heard?? Now the pressure is on. I guess I need to find something good (and healthy) and post it.
