At the request of Matthew I need to add the following to my blog: I woke up this morning at 3. I could not get back to sleep for the life of me. I just laid there tossing and turning. I thought " this is ridiculous!! " So, I got up and got on the tread mill. About 1.5 hours into my treadmill routine, he came downstairs and said to me, "Are you on meth or something?? What are you doing?" When I completed my walk, I did go back to bed and was woken up at 7:15. But hey... the treadmill is done for the day and it is not even 8 AM!! I did run the first mile. Speed 5.0. Then the next 2 miles I walked at a speed of 4.4 and incline of 5. The last miles was a speed at 4.2 and the incline was 5%.
