I am FINALLY feeling better.  Stairs are not a challenge anymore!  The treadmill will begin again tomorrow.  Oh how I have missed Monk!!  (Just kidding.  I like the "me" time on the tread mill...  No phones,  no housework, just me and the treadmill. And the great feeling of having a good work out.  Makes the day go so much better.)   I might start to be like Matthew and put all of my "running clothes" out the night before, all lined up in a neat pile ready for the next days extreme work out!  I am psyched!

So glad you're feeling better! :)

You are so dang cute! I can just picture yours and Matt's cunning outfits neatly laid out for next day's *extreme workout*!!! :D

WAY to get psyched!

We've missed your posts! Glad you're feeling better! I used to lay out my clothes and now I've basically just made the top of our washer my workout closet and every piece of workout gear is piled on top of it ready to go LOL! It works since our apartment is SO small, I only have to walk 3 steps from anywhere in the house to get to it. Have fun tomorrow!
