Nice workouts! :) Whether it's the running ones or the walking ones. It took me a long to be able to run continuously for more than a few minutes. And if it makes you feel better, I sometimes still get sore after my runs!
6.0 is fast, it's hard for me to do that on the treadmill, that's awesome! Do you use the incline when running, too?
