Once again, I walked 7 miles on a 5% incline at a speed of 4.2. I did watch another 2 episodes of Monk.

I don't know what to watch after Monk. I really look forward to getting on the treadmill to watch it. I actually started with the last season. Then worked my way down. Tomorrow I start season 1. That will keep me going for about a week and a half. I need to find something exciting to keep me going. (but that is clean!!)
