This weeks mileage almost killed me. Don't really know why... It is so much easier to give up than to finish!

I keep thinking.. I eat so I have to work it off. Stop eating and I won't have to work so hard. That is hard! Food is tempting! I need to stop baking good things to eat.

You're doing so good! It's OK if you take rest day. :) Sometimes I have to do that even if I don't feel tired...I just need a mental break. And I totally hear you on the food! I laughed when I read that. It's SUCH a vicious cycle. I was trying to keep track of every calorie in vs every calorie out and it took the fun out of both eating and exercising and just plain drove me CRAZY, so I stopped. I don't lose much weight that way and I've probably even gained some...but I was sick of the guilt, etc. You deserve to eat some yummy food (even if you don't work it off) and you still look SO good. :)

You are too kind!!! Maybe we should have the running group over for a dessert feast sometime... then all go running (or me walking on the treadmill while I watch Monk!) the next day to work it all off!!
