Accidentally had the speed set to 4.0. As I was walking I thought that this was way too easy. I need to kick it up a notch next time. Little did I know I had kicked it down a notch.
Actually walked at a speed of 4.2 and an incline of 5.... What hard work today as compared to yesterday! I feel like I got a better work out.
Just 3 miles today.
