Yup... did that extra quarter mile!!
walked 1 mile then ran 1 at a speed of 6.0 and walked another. Started to run another mile (5.5 speed) and got side ache, so I only lasted 3/4 of a mile. Walked the rest.
Legs sore from yesterday. Maybe from the run??
